All domestic orders are shipped with DHL within Sweden with 1-2 days delivery.

  

Terms of Purchase

1. Terms of Purchase

All items remain the property of Ayisah.com until they are fully paid for and the payment is received by us. All prices include 25 % VAT, except for deliveries to countries outside EU.

We will not be liable for any printing errors and cannot guarantee that the pictures reproduce the items exactly. Do not send money in advance. We will not take responsibility for cash or checks that are sent to us. Using the stated payment method at the checkout is a condition for shopping at Ayisah.com. We report all attempts of fraud to the police. We have the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraud. If you are under the age or 18 you have to have permission from your parent or guardian to order from Ayisah.com

 

2. Terms of payment

2.1 - Payment by creditcard

You can pay with VISA and MasterCard without any costs. The transaction is handled via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by any outsider. The set up we use is provided by Klarna AB.

2.2 - Invoice

You can also chose to be invoiced for your purchase. Credit information based upon your personal security number is obtained and a comparison between this and the address you are registered on is made to secure that the correct person made the order. This means that you will not be able to have your order sent to any other address than the one you are registered on. The invoicing service is handled by Klarna AB. You will find further information when you have chosen this mean of payment at the Checkout.  A fee is added at the checkout prior to you sending the order. You will be allowed 14 days to pay your invoice from the day the shipment was sent from us. 

2.3- Split the payment

You may chose to split the payment of your purchase over a period of up to 24 months when you chose the "Konto" means of payment. The account is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. When your chose to payment via "Konto", credit information is obtained and your personal security number is compared with the address where you are registered to secure that it is the correct person that made the order. This means that you will not be able to have your order sent to any other address than the one you are registered on. The terms and the costs are available at the Checkout prior to you sending your order. Only available in Sweden.

3. Terms of delivery

3.1 - Delivery

We send our shipments with Schenker.

3.2- Shipping cost

Shipping costs for deliveries within Sweden is SEK 49.- kr. Free shipping from 499.- SEK. Minimum purchase is 150.- SEK.
To other countries within the EU and Norway, the shipping costs are from SEK 79.- kr. 
You will see your shipping cost at the checkout before you send us your order. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU.

3.3 - Delivery time

Within Sweden you will normally have your goods within 1-2 working days. Depending upon the weight of your shipment we will dispatch it as 1st class letter, as 1st class merchandise letter or parcel. Letter will be delivered directly to your mailbox. You will normally receive a text message for merchandise letters and parcels (if you have not stated your cell phone number you will receive a mail) with information for the place to pick up your shipment.
For deliveries to Denmark and Finland the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
For other EU countries, Norway and Iceland the delivery time is 3-10 working days.

3.4 - Shipment not picked up

Your shipment will be held at the postal delivery location for 14 days. After that it is sent back to us and we will charge you SEK 300 for freight and administrative costs. Should the costs not be paid we will hand over the case for collection.

3.5 - Force majeur

Ayisah.com cannot be held responsible if we can't fulfill our commitments due to circumstances beyond our control such as war, intervention by authority, civil unrest, strikes, accidents, burglary or natural catastrophes etc.

 

4. Right to withdraw

Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59) (Law for Distance- and home selling) is valid in Sweden when you shop on distance and for home selling. The law is among other things containing demand on the dealer for his obligation to inform and rules for the right of the consumer to withdraw a purchase.

As a customer you have always 14 days right to withdraw according to Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen. This means that if you purchase a product via mail order, via telephone, TV-shop or Internet, your have the possibility to withdraw the purchase within 14 days. The deadline for the withdrawal is starting to count from the day you received the goods, however no earlier than when you receive your confirmation of your purchase.
You can withdraw your purchase by giving us notice or sending us a message within 14 days from the day when you as a consumer received the product.
If you use your right to withdraw the purchase and return a product to us we will reimburse the amount you paid no later than within 14 days. As a customer you are to pick up possible return freight charges and the withdrawn product is to be returned in essentially unchanged condition. The consumer is liable for the risk in connection with the return freight; this risk contains among other things the possible damage to or loss of the product.

 

5. Purchase on approval / Exchange of product

5.1 - Purchase on approval

According to ”Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen” ) (Law for Distance- and home selling) you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days – please refer to the tag ”Right to withdraw”.

With Ayisah.com you have 14 days purchase on approval, provided that the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been used (you may of course try it on carefully – for underwear however the original packing must be unbroken for hygienic reasons). The right to purchase on approval starts the day you received your shipment. If you wish to use this right you are to return the merchandise to us within 14 days from the day you received it or inform us, preferably in writing, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. You should then return the goods to us as soon as possible.
We are grateful if the original packing (wrapping, tags, etc.) is returned, but this is not a demand. We would appreciate if you use the bag in which you received the goods (re-sealable) or a box to pack your return. 
Reimbursement of the amount you paid for the goods is made as soon as possible and no later than 14 ays after that we have received your merchandise in return.

5.2 - Do like this when you return the good that you bought

Shipping cost and/or return postage are paid by the customer. 

You are responsible for making sure the product is packet correctly so the shipment will not be damaged during transport. Reimbursement of the amount you paid for the goods is made as soon as possible and no later than 14 ays after that we have received your merchandise in return.

For returns from addresses outside Sweden: please return to below stated address. You pick up the return charge yourself.

5.3 - Do like this when you wish to file a complaint

If you find that the shipment is damaged, please report this to the vendor that delivered the parcel to you or where you picked it up. If you discover other damage to the goods after that you have opened your parcel, please contact us. We will send you a replacement product immediately if the goods is in stock. If the merchandise you wanted is out of stock, you are free to choose another or to receive what you paid back. Reimbursement will be made immy and no later than within 14 days after that we have received the goods in return. We will of course pick up the full cost for the return to us.
Should you have received something you did not order or should the merchandise be faulty, please contact us and we will immy rectify the mistake without any cost to you.
